I’m Hugo, a real estate and nature photographer from the Netherlands.
This December, I’ll be traveling through Southern Europe with my partner, and we’re looking to collaborate with hosts of Airbnbs, boutique hotels, and unique stays.

In return for a short stay, I’ll provide you with a complete set of professional photos, showing your space at its best.

How we’ll work

I’m planning a small number of stops in Italy and Croatia during December 2025. If you run a charming or unique place to stay, I’d love to hear from you.

Spots are limited, reach out early if you're interested in collaborating.

  • We start with a 15–20 min call to discuss spaces, angles, story and any extras (reels, drone, promo video). If you have a brand kit (logo, colors, fonts), share it and I’ll match your style.

    Outcome: a simple plan we both agree on (deliverables, access, timeline, house rules).

  • Availability from Week 2 of December. Route focus: Italy & Croatia (flexible in nearby regions).

    We’ll coordinate the best window for light and guest flow during the stay.

  • I work with a minimal footprint, just me (and my partner traveling with me). I’ll capture interior, exterior, atmosphere/details, and surroundings where relevant, planning around guest availability and light for minimal disruption.


    Because this is an exchange, I’ll also stay overnight at the property. This helps me shoot at the best times (golden hour / early morning) and keep logistics simple.

    Logistics: flexible check-in/out, access to the agreed spaces, house rules, and quiet windows if needed.

    If extras are booked: I’ll capture reel clips, drone (weather/airspace permitting), and promo video segments during the same visit.

  • You’ll receive a curated set of edited, high-resolution photos (JPG) and, if booked, video/reels (MP4), delivered within 7 days.


    Usage: full rights for your website, social channels and booking platforms.

    Revisions policy:

    • Photos: no revisions (final selection & color grading by me).

    • Extras (reels/promo video): up to 2 rounds of revisions included (structure, trims, captions, simple graphics). Additional rounds by agreement.

    • Reels (15–30s, 9:16): from €125 (edit-only) / €175–€225 (on-site)

    • Drone Photography: €150

    • Promo Video (1–2 min): €175
      We’ll define hooks, scenes and branding together, so the content supports your goals (e.g. seasonal packages).

    • Rooms/areas to feature + any updates to highlight

    • Brand kit (logo SVG/PNG, color codes, fonts)

    • Quiet time windows / access info

    • 2–3 reference examples you like

    • Any notes on guest journey or “must-show” amenities

FAQs

  • Not at all! I love working with small, unique places, but boutique hotels, resorts and eco-lodges are also welcome. For larger properties, we can schedule a multi-day shoot to make sure everything is captured with care.

  • Just a place to stay for a few nights and access to the spaces you'd like photographed. That’s it, no payment required unless you request extras like drone footage or video.

  • Yes. We’ll make a simple shot list together so the photos reflect your priorities.

  • No problem. I’m used to working around guest schedules and can shoot discreetly when areas are available. Flexibility is part of what I offer.

  • Add-ons (reels/drone/promo) are invoiced transparently. Payment upon delivery unless otherwise agreed. Photos (base) are in exchange for the stay.

  • We follow your house rules, avoid restricted areas, and keep gear minimal. We’ll confirm parking, check-in/out and Wi-Fi in the meeting beforehand.
